Baxter Engineering is a small consulting firm that primarily provides Civil Engineering designs for developing individual residential lots and small commercial projects serving the Sullivan County and southern Ulster County areas in New York State.

The company is owned and operated by George Baxter, a licensed New York State Professional Engineer practicing and residing in Sullivan County since 1987. George is personally involved in all design work and inspections.

Services

Pre-purchase site evaluations to determine viable locations for dwelling, well, septic system, driveway access, and availability of telephone/electrical services.

Soil Testing: Percolation (Perc) tests for septic system designs.

Site plans indicating proposed project, existing improvements, and pertinent topographic and natural features in the vicinity of the project.
